Orland Municipal Code Ch. 10.21 Parking Restrictions on Hoff Way

It is recognized that the commercial park surrounding Hoff Way in the city is developing slowly. During this transition period from vacant land to commercial use, it is intended that less restrictive parking and access rules be enforced.

All vehicles using the north side of Hoff Way for parking shall be limited to two hours from five a.m. to nine p.m. Parking is prohibited on the south side of Hoff Way. The director of public works shall install appropriate signs noting these restrictions prior to enforcement.

Chapter 10.21 shall be of no further force or effect at five years from date of adoption by the city council or upon completion of development of all adjacent and surrounding commercial parcels on Hoff Way.
