§ 12.50.010. Designation of Drug-Free Zones.¶

All public parks and public libraries operated and maintained by the City shall be designated as drug-free zones pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11380.5.

For purposes of this chapter, a "public park" includes a public swimming pool and a public youth center.
