§ 10.50.010. Stop Signs or Traffic Signals—Established.

The City Council may, from time to time, by motion or resolution, establish stop signs or traffic signals at street intersections in the City. Notice of the passage of the motion or resolution shall be deemed effective when the stop signs or traffic signals have been properly installed. It shall be unlawful, as set forth in the California Vehicle Code, for any person to fail to comply with such stop signs or traffic signals.
