Sec. 7-1.901. Violations.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any provision of this chapter.

Sec. 7-1.902. Citations.

Any police officer of the City and any safety officer employed by the Department is authorized and empowered to make arrests and issue citations to any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter.

Sec. 7-1.903. Penalty.

Any person guilty of violating any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months in the County Jail, or both such fine and imprisonment.
