Sec. 2-1.101. Place.

All meetings of the Council shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, located at 303 East “B” Street in the City, or at such other place as may be designated in the agenda calling the meeting.

Sec. 2-1.102. Time.

The time for holding the regular meetings of the Council shall be at the hour of 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each and every month.
