Sec. 3-4.01. Transfer of assessment and tax collection duties to County.¶

Pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Gov't Code §§ 51500 et seq., the City hereby elects to transfer the assessment and tax collection duties performed by the Assessor and Tax Collector of the City to the Assessor and Tax Collector of the County. (§ 1, Ord. 619, eff. March 9, 1938)
