Regulations 15, 2002) Regulations punishable in accordance with Cal. Gov't Code § 66499.31. Any violation of this section which is not also a violation of the Subdivision Map
Act or by any other state statute is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than one (1) year or by both such fine and imprisonment.
