§ 4-3.101. Applicability.¶
This chapter shall apply to all City parks within the City.

§ 4-3.102. Acts prohibited: Penalties.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person within any City park to do any of the acts prohibited by this chapter. Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
