§ 4-18.1401. Violation.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Chapter 2, Title 1 of this Code. These penalties are cumulative with and in addition to other provisions of this Code, Section 53069.3 of the Government Code and other remedies available at law.

§ 4-18.1402. Community service.¶
Community service in the City may be imposed in lieu of any penalties and punishments where there has been a conviction or guilty or nolo contendere plea to a misdemeanor.
