§ 2-2.101. City Clerk bond.

The City Clerk shall execute a bond to the City in the penal sum of $10,000, in such form as may be required by statute, conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duties.

§ 2-2.102. City Treasurer bond.

The City Treasurer shall execute a bond to the City in the penal sum of $25,000, in such form as may be required by statute, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties.

§ 2-2.103. Chief of Police bond.

The Chief of Police, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall execute a bond to the City in the penal sum of $1,000, in such form as may be required by statute, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties.

§ 2-2.104. Bonds: Minimum amounts.

The bonds of the City Clerk, City Treasurer, and Chief of Police holding office on January 23, 1950, shall, from and after such date, be in amounts not less than the amounts set forth in this article.
