Article 5 — Findings of Fact — Ojai Zoning Code

§ 10-7.501. Findings of fact necessary for approval. ¶

In addition to the requirements for findings of fact as established by State law or other provisions of this Code, the following findings shall be necessary for the approval of a permit for a timeshare facility:

(a) That the proposal is in conformance with the Comprehensive General Plan; and
(b) That there are adequate visitor-serving facilities in the City and that the project will not preclude the development of other needed tourist facilities or hotel or motel facilities.

§ 10-7.502. Additional findings of fact. ¶

The conversion of existing facilities to timeshare facilities shall require the following additional finding: that the proposed conversion will not significantly diminish the supply and availability of low and moderate income housing or of visitor-serving facilities in the City.
