§ 4.21.002. County Ordinance Adopted.¶

Pursuant to Section 48-18.008 of the Contra Costa County Code, the City of Oakley has adopted by reference Division 48 of the Contra Costa County Code. The provisions of this ordinance shall be enforced by the County pursuant to the agreement between the City of Oakley and the County.
