§ 12.16.010. Blocking public ways.¶
No person or vehicle shall stand or sit upon any public highway, alley or sidewalk so as to hinder or obstruct the passage of persons or vehicles.

§ 12.16.020. Blocking entrances.¶
No person shall stand or sit or park a vehicle at the entrance or exit of any church, hall, theater or other place of public assemblage so as to obstruct such access. No person or vehicle shall stand or sit so as to hinder or obstruct the entrance or exit of a public or private driveway or in an alley so as to hinder or obstruct the entrance or exit to or from a garage or other access to private property.

§ 12.16.030. Wheelchair ramps.¶
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from or in any manner block a wheelchair ramp. A wheelchair ramp is a concrete ramp located at a corner of any street intersection.
