§ 18.67.01. Definitions.¶
"Cultivation"
shall mean any indoor and/or outdoor marijuana growth and/or cultivation.
"Medical marijuana dispensaries" or "dispensary"
shall mean any location, structure, facility or vehicle utilized in full or in part as a place at or in which medical marijuana is made available, sold, traded, exchanged or bartered for in any way with or without consideration, made available, located, stored, placed, cultivated and/or distributed.
"Transportation"
shall mean the mobile delivery by any means of marijuana to any location within the City of Norco.

§ 18.67.02. Prohibition.¶
The City Council of the City of Norco finds and determines that medical marijuana dispensaries and the cultivation and/or transportation of marijuana are prohibited in all zoning districts within the City of Norco.
