Norco Municipal Code Ch. 18.49 Validity and Separability

This ordinance and the various parts, sections, and clauses hereof, are hereby declared to be severable. If any part, sentence, paragraph, section or clause is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, it is hereby provided that the remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby. The City Council of the City of Norco hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each part, section, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more portions thereof be declared invalid.
