§ 18.69.01. Definitions.¶
"Short-term rentals"
means a property, rented for a period of 27 consecutive calendar days or less, for dwelling, lodging, sleeping or special event purposes, regardless of home-sharing and/or subletting arrangements. This does not include hotels, motels and bed and breakfast.

§ 18.69.02. Prohibition.¶
The City Council of the City of Norco finds and determines that short-term rentals shall be prohibited in all zoning districts within the City of Norco.
