§ 3.20.010. Fund Established.

There is created in the City Treasury a special fund to be known as the “Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund,” for the purposes specified in California Streets and Highways Code Division 1, Chapter 1, Article 5, and all funds required by such law to be deposited in the special fund shall be deposited therein in compliance with the provisions of this Code, and the disbursements and withdrawals from the fund shall be made only for the purposes and in the manner prescribed in this Code.
