§ 19.80.010. Description (California Government Code Section 66499.35).¶

A certificate of compliance is used to confirm whether real property complies with the provisions of this Subdivision Code, other applicable City regulations and the State Subdivision Map Act.

§ 19.80.020. Review Per Map Act (California Government Code Section 66499.35).¶

The Community Development Director shall process certificates of compliance in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 66499.35.
