Section 2.06.010 - County Counsel Office Established.¶
There is hereby created in the County the Office of County Counsel in accordance with Cal. Gov't Code § 26529 and Cal. Gov't Code §§ 27640—27648.

Section 2.06.020 - Position of County Counsel.¶
The position of County Counsel shall be filled by appointment by the Board of Supervisors for a four (4)-year term in accordance with Cal. Gov't Code § 27641.

Section 2.06.030 - Duties and Responsibilities of the Office of County Counsel.¶
The Office of County Counsel shall perform all Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to duties contained in Cal. Gov't Code §§ 27640—27648.

Section 2.06.040 - County Counsel to Perform Legal Services for the Public Administrator.¶
The County Counsel shall perform all legal services for the Public Administrator pursuant to Cal. Gov't Code § 27643.
