1.08.010 - Designated—Use.

A. It is ordained that the seal, an impression of which is affixed to the ordinance codified in this chapter, is adopted as the corporate seal of the corporation of the City of Nevada.

B. The seal is ordained and declared to be now and henceforth the corporate seal of the trustees of the City of Nevada.

C. The seal shall henceforth be used to authenticate all of the acts of the corporation requiring its seal.
