91.01 Authority

This part is enacted pursuant to the California Planning and Zoning Law: Title 7, Division 1, Chapter 4 (Sections 65800-65912) of the California Government Code. (Ord. 427-AC) 91.02 Purpose

The purpose of this part is to implement the general plan of the city and to ensure that growth and development of the city is attractive, compatible with existing conditions, humane; and that the health, safety, prosperity, enjoyment and general welfare of those who reside, work, or visit in the city is served to the optimum degree. (Ord. 427-AC) 91.03 Jurisdiction

1. This part shall be effective throughout the city's planning jurisdiction which comprises the area within the corporate boundaries of the city. 2. A copy of a map showing the boundaries of the city's planning jurisdiction shall be available for public inspection in the planning department. (Ord. 427-AC)
