2.74.010 - Ethics training—Required.

The following persons shall receive training required by Government Code Section 53235 at least every two years, in a program approved by the city manager:

A. Mayor and members of the city council.

B. City clerk.

C. City treasurer.

D. Members of all boards and commissions identified in Title 16 of this code.

E. All employees who are required to file a statement of economic interests pursuant to the Political Reform Act, Government Code Section 87100 et seq.
