13.26.010 - Boat launching facility—Violations designated.

A. It is unlawful for any person to enter or occupy any of the area of the National City boat launching facility as the same is described in the map attached to Ordinance 1608, on file in the city clerk's office, and as further described in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 1608, and made a part hereof as though set forth in full, between the hours of six p.m. and ten a.m., unless such person is actively engaged in fishing, launching a boat or parking a motor vehicle related to the proper use of said facility.

B. It is unlawful for any person to have or possess any open container of an alcoholic beverage on the described facility, or to consume any alcoholic beverage on or in the facility.

13.26.020 - City parks—Entrance unlawful when.

It is unlawful for any person to enter or occupy any city park between the hours of nine p.m. and seven a.m. without the consent of the city, first obtained and granted by the city council, the city manager, or their designated authorized agents.

13.26.030 - Signposting.

The director of public works shall immediately post the perimeter of the area described by the ordinance codified in this chapter with signs advising of the restrictions and limitations on the use and occupancy of the facility.

13.26.040 - Violation deemed infraction.

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010.
