10.36.010 - Prohibited generally.¶
No person shall urinate or defecate in or upon any street, sidewalk, alley, plaza, park, beach, public building or public maintained facility, or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view. This section shall not apply to urination or defecation which is done in any restroom or other facility designed for the disposal of human waste.

10.36.020 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1.20.010, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
