3.04.010 - Statutory authority.

Section 3.04.020 is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 29853 of the California Government Code relating to lost warrants.

3.04.020 - Warrants considered lost when.

In the event a warrant duly issued by the county has been mailed and has not been received by the addressee within seven days after the date of mailing, such warrant shall be considered lost.
