7.60.010 Designation of very high fire hazard severity zones.

The following areas are hereby designated as very high fire hazard severity zones within the City of Mt. Shasta:

(A) Genasys zone MTS-6132;

(B) Genasys zone MTS-6135;

(C) Genasys zone MTS-6155;

(D) Genasys zone MTS-6161;

(E) Genasys zone MTS-6224;

(F) Genasys zone MTS-6227;

(G) Genasys zone MTS-6164;

(H) Genasys zone MTS-6138;

(I) Genasys zone MTS-6141;

(J) Genasys zone MTS-6143;

(K) Genasys zone MTS-6146;

(L) Genasys zone MTS-6149;

(M) Genasys zone MTS-6152;

7.60.020 Imposition of State law on areas within zones.

The provisions of Cal. Gov’t Code § 51175 et seq. shall apply to the areas which have been designated hereinabove as being within very high fire hazard severity zones, and the Building Official, the Fire Chief, or the designee of either is authorized to enforce the same in compliance with said laws.
