Mount Shasta Municipal Code Ch. 15.40 National Electrical Code

The City Council of the City of Mt. Shasta does hereby adopt the provisions of the current edition of the California Electrical Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Electrical Code”), and all future amendments or revisions thereto, as mandated by the State of California, for the control and regulation of construction activity. If there are conflicts between the Electrical Code and this Municipal Code, the Electrical Code shall prevail except where this code is more restrictive. (Ord. CCO-00-02, 2000; Ord.
