9.08.010 - Permit required when.¶
No person shall drink or possess an open container of any alcoholic beverage when upon any public right-of-way, lane, alley or any private parking lot open to the public located within the city except under a permit issued by the city.

9.08.020 - Permit required—Private parking lot open to public.¶
No person shall drink or possess an open container of any alcoholic beverage when upon any private parking lot which is open to the public except by lawful permit issued by the city.

9.08.030 - Permit—Approval authority.¶
The city council delegates to the city manager or his designate the authority to review and approve or disapprove all applications made under this chapter pursuant to guidelines which shall be adopted by resolution.

9.08.040 - Applicability.¶
This chapter is not intended to apply to any activity presently governed by state law, nor shall this chapter prohibit the transportation of any alcoholic beverage from one location to another in a manner permitted under state law.

9.08.050 - Violation.¶
It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
