8.32.010 - Sale or possession of fireworks—Prohibited.

Commencing March 1, 1977, it is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to possess, store, sell or offer to sell at wholesale or retail any fireworks within the city limits.

8.32.020 - Public display authorized when.

The city council may authorize a special public display of fireworks under the supervision of the fire chief.

8.32.030 - Violation.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to violate this chapter or any provision thereof.
