17.20.010 - Form and contents.¶
The contents and form and submittal of preliminary maps shall be governed by the provisions of Article I of this chapter.

17.20.020 - Submission procedures.¶
Prior to the filing of an application for a tentative subdivision map for a subdivision of five or more parcels, the subdivider shall submit plans and data related to the design, layout, grading, existing noise levels and other features proposed for the development as may be required by the community development department. The data obtained shall be submitted to the community development department for preliminary review and comment. Upon receipt of the community development department comments, the subdivider shall cause to be prepared a tentative subdivision map pursuant to the provisions of Article II of this chapter. The tentative subdivision map may be submitted in lieu of a preliminary map.
