13.12.010 - Short title.

The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be known as the "Service Connection Charge Ordinance," and may be cited as such.

13.12.020 - Service connection charges set by resolution.

The city council shall fix the rates, fees and charges to be paid to the city for the services hereinafter listed by written resolution and by amending resolutions from time to time. The resolutions shall include charges for installing water meters, extending or constructing water and sewer mains and/or laterals and services, installing storm drain facilities and connection fees for connection to the public water, sewerage or storm drainage facilities.
