§ 2.30.010. Purpose of chapter.¶
This chapter is enacted in order that an equitable and uniform system for dealing with personnel matters may be established and in order to comply with applicable laws relating to the administration of the personnel system.

§ 2.30.020. Authorization to establish.¶
The city council may, by resolution, establish and provide for the implementation of a personnel system for city employees.
