5.12.010 - Roadside selling prohibited.¶
A. Vehicles. No person may park or place any vehicle or structure wholly or partly within any right-of-way of a public street or highway within the town for the purpose of selling the vehicle or structure, or of selling anything from it or in it. No person may sell, display for sale, or offer for sale anything either from or in the vehicle or structure so parked or placed.
B. Sales. No person may sell, display for sale, or offer for sale anything within the right-of-way or a public street of highway.

5.12.020 - Exception.¶
Section 5.12.010 does not apply to taking orders for, or delivering, anything from a vehicle on that part of such right-of-way immediately adjacent to the buyer's premises.
