17.24.010 - Intent.¶
It is the intent of the town council to adopt by this chapter a fair and equitable method of securing some of the revenues necessary to fund the construction and implementation of improvements to the town's park facilities, open space, recreation facilities and trails sufficient to accommodate the demand generated by new development and preserve acceptable levels of service throughout the town.
