§ 9.04.010. False reports.¶

A. Whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the county knowingly falsifies, conceals or covers up by any trick, scheme or device any fact, or makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement of entry is guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. This section shall not apply to any reports covered by Section 148.5 of the Penal Code of California.
