Sec. 9-0.2. Exemption for pending applications.¶
The codes listed in Section 9-0.1 shall not apply to any building or structure for which a complete application for a building permit was made prior to January 1, 2026. Such buildings or structures shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, or repaired in accordance with the provisions of this chapter in effect on the date of said application.
