§ 12.12.010. Rates.

Any rates heretofore fixed or established by resolution of the city council for the use of electric lights on any baseball diamond in any public park or recreation center of the city, or any rate hereafter fixed or established by resolution of the city council for such use, shall not be invalidated by any of the provisions of this title.
