3.05.010 - Enumerated duties transferred.

The duties of collecting special assessments and making disbursements for the Viewfield Road Local Improvement District, and performing all incidental acts in connection therewith, as provided in that certain Agreement heretofore submitted to the County pursuant to Resolution No. 67-I, are hereby transferred to the County Treasurer of the County of Santa Clara and to any other officer of said County such duties included therein as provided by law.
