3.24.010 - Assessment and collection duties.¶

The duties of assessing property and collecting taxes, provided by law to be performed by the County Assessor and the City Treasurer, shall be performed by the County Assessor and the County Tax Collector in accordance with the provisions of Sections 51500 through 51521 of the California Government Code.
