1.08.010 Adopted—Form.¶
A. A corporate seal is necessary for the use of the city, and the following form and device is adopted as the seal of the city.
B. The seal shall be circular in form, and one and three-quarter inches in diameter, and on the face thereof shall be the following inscription: “Town of Montague, Incorporated 25th day of January, 1909.” In the middle of such seal shall be the representation of Mount Shasta. (Ord. 2 § 1, 1909)
1.08.020 Procurement.¶
The clerk of the city council shall procure a seal described in Section 1.08.010, for the use of the city. (Ord. 2 § 2, 1909)
1.08.030 Use designations.¶
The seal shall be used by the proper official on all papers of the city requiring a seal. (Ord. 2 § 3, 1909)
