13.30.010 - Overuse of Whitmore facilities.

Mono County and the town of Mammoth Lakes jointly control and operate the baseball and softball fields and adjoining facilities in the Whitmore area of the county. The parks and facilities are for the benefit of all the citizens of the county. In the absence of proper authorization, the parks and facilities are subject to overuse and damage.

13.30.020 - Use—Authorization required.

Any person who uses or attempts to use the parks and facilities shall first acquire authorization for such use or attempted use from Mono County or the town of Mammoth Lakes.

13.30.030 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person who violates Section 13.30.020 shall be cited and shall be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars. Any such person shall also be liable for and shall compensate the county for any damage to the parks or facilities caused by any unauthorized act.
