Section 1 — General Fund¶
IV-2-1.01 - Establishment¶
There shall be established a General Fund for the City of Milpitas which shall consist of money received into the Treasury and not required by law of the State of California or ordinances or resolutions of the City of Milpitas to be credited to any other fund.
