§ 8.39.010. Illegal to permit or play in public place.¶

It is unlawful for any person to play the game of poker for money or other representative of value, in any barroom or public place, in the City of Mill Valley, or for any person having the possession or charge or control of any barroom or public place in the City to permit the game of poker to be played therein for money or other representative of value. (Ord. 124 § 1, February 18, 1908)
