§ 2.30.010. State aid—City declares desire to qualify.

The City of Mill Valley, State of California, declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code. (Ord. 520 § 2, February 28, 1962)

§ 2.30.020. Training—Recruitment—State standards adhered to.

Pursuant to Section 13522 of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code, the City of Mill Valley, while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to said Chapter 1, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
