13.46.010 - Application.¶
When bonds are issued pursuant to this plan, the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 shall apply, except that the period of redemption shall be one instead of five years; provided, that alternate methods of collecting assessments may be employed as provided in Chapter 13.30.

13.46.020 - Elimination of certain reference in resolution of intention.¶
The provisions of Part 11.1 of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 shall apply to proceedings taken pursuant to this chapter, and it shall not be necessary to refer thereto in the resolution of intention.
