§ 16.26.010. California Energy Code adopted.¶
Those certain documents, three certified copies of which one is on file in the office of the clerk, and two in the office of the deputy director - buildings, marked and designated as California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 6, 2022 California Energy Code, as published by the International Code Council for the California Building Standards Commission is adopted by reference as the energy standards code for the county of Merced is hereby adopted by reference and, except as herein otherwise provided, are applicable to and shall govern all construction within the unincorporated area of the county of Merced.

§ 16.26.020. Exceptions and superseding provisions.¶
The following sections of the 2022 California Energy Code are deleted, amended, or superseded by other provisions as is hereinafter indicated: None.
