7.16 — FISHING

§ 7.16.010. Prohibited where.¶
It is unlawful for any person to fish, in any manner whatsoever, from the deck of the bridges over the California Aqueduct at the following locations:
A. South Mercey Springs Road;
B. Pole Line Road;
C. Eagle Field Road. (Ord. 624, 1971)
§ 7.16.020. Sign erection.¶
The director of public works is ordered to erect the necessary "NO FISHING FROM BRIDGE" signs at the bridges specified in § 7.16.010 to give proper notice thereof. (Ord. 624, 1971)
§ 7.16.030. Violation.¶
Any person who violated the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 624, 1971)
