§ 5.74.010. Purpose.¶
It is the purpose and intent of the City Council to authorize the licensing of bingo games within the city pursuant to Section 19 of Article IV of the state Constitution and Section 326.5 of the California Penal Code.

§ 5.74.020. License.¶
Organizations which meet the criteria established in California Penal Code, Section 326.5, may apply for a license to conduct bingo games. The application shall contain all information necessary to establish the qualification of the applicant.

§ 5.74.030. Use permit required.¶
A use permit under the provisions of Title 16 shall be required for the operation of any bingo game.

§ 5.74.040. Conditions of operation.¶
All of the conditions and provisions of California Penal Code, Section 326.5, shall apply to the operation of any bingo game.
