§ 2.32.010. City clerk bond.

The city clerk, before entering upon the official duties of his or her office, shall execute a bond to the city to be approved by the council and the city attorney.

§ 2.32.020. Appointment—Duties of clerk.

The city clerk shall be appointed by and be responsible to the city manager.

§ 2.32.030. Treasurer bond.

Before entering upon the official duties of his office, the city treasurer shall execute a surety bond to the city, as required by law, to be approved by the City Council.
