§ 15.36.010. New residential developments.

Compliance with the below market rate program specified in Chapter 16.96 of this title shall be required as a condition of approval of a tentative or final map, including a parcel map, required for, enabling, resulting in, or facilitating residential development on one or more parcels of the subdivision.
